Responsibilities
- Assist customers with selection of products based on the scope of project needs through various applications, prepare quotations and follow-up on status.
- Prepare quotations and follow-up on status.
- Enter orders into ERP system and Salesforce to help the Technical Sales team, as needed.
- Document quotations and follow-up through Salesforce/ERP system.
- Process all orders through GEBCO ERP system.
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with outside salesperson to fully develop accounts within designated sales territory.
- Interact with customers on-site may be required at times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical field (electrical, engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience in technical field required.
- Attention to detail, organization skills and ability to work independently or with a team are a must for success in this role.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technical field with customer service or similar.
