Full-time position reporting to the Project Manager at Crew Carwash.
About the role
The primary function of the Project Team Member is to install carwash equipment and components at new and existing locations.
Responsibilities
- Live and model our #1 Value of Safety
- Work on new construction projects and store remodels
- Install carwash equipment
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1+ year project or construction experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
- Good time management on delegated tasks
- Adhere to all Crew safety standards
- Able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
- Able to hustle with a sense of urgency
- Able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
- Comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
- Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
- Able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
- Able to operate and utilize electronic devices

Schedule
- Work 5 days/week, Monday-Friday
- 50% travel is required by air or car with a daily per diem and paid hotels
