Project System Engineer/Project Deputy Manager

• Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Requirements

Desired experience:

• Detail-oriented Military Officer with 4+ years of experience or Senior Enlisted/CWO leading unmanned systems (UXS), cross-functional teams, executing complex operations, and managing critical resources.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic objectives under strict deadlines and high-pressure environments.
• Must understand Unmanned Systems, to include tactical data links, C2, and Common Operating Picture.
• Understanding of Software applications and development processes.
• Very familiar with MS word, excel, PPT and Project.
• Understanding of budget to include managing cost, schedule, and performance.

Security Clearance

Secret clearance required. TS+ preferred.

Location

Hybrid with at least 3 full days in the office. Location: San Diego, CA.
