Project Surveyor - Dynamic Survey

About the role

Dynamic Survey, a division of Dynamic Engineering Consultants, is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual with field survey knowledge and experience for small to large scale commercial, residential and private sector projects. This position involves Boundary, Title and ALTA Surveys, Aerial and Topographic Surveys, Utility locations including pipe inverts and sizes, Construction Layout, Right-of-Way Surveys, Utility Surveys, Wetland Location Surveys, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform Boundary, Title and ALTA Surveys
• Conduct Aerial and Topographic Surveys
• Locate and document Utility locations including pipe inverts and sizes
• Prepare Construction Layouts
• Carry out Right-of-Way Surveys
• Execute Utility Surveys
• Identify and map Wetland Locations
• Assist with other survey tasks as directed

Requirements

• Minimum (4) years’ experience in field surveying
• Experience with robotic total stations, GPS, leveling, field procedures, boundary analysis and resolution
• Ability to perform Boundary Analysis and assist in Resolution
• Project Management skills to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Flexibility to work various shifts, especially early mornings
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate and maintain personal and/or company vehicles
• Knowledge of CIVIL3D and Land Development Desktop
• Understanding of field survey operations, engineering, and construction industry
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10 safety training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $35 - $42/hr.

Schedule

Dynamic Survey offers flexible scheduling options, including early morning shifts.
