Project Support Specialist – Utility & Energy - # 26-14625
Responsibilities
- Aid in configuration management and project closeout within our ACT software.
- Coordinate field labeling activities.
- Facilitate the integration of projects into plant operations and maintenance programs, such as Lockout-Tagout databases, preventative maintenance, etc.
- Prepare contractor bid packages.
- Manage purchase orders and arrange meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
- Utilize business software applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel to create correspondence, reports, presentations, NERC/environmental checklists, risk registers, agendas, and minutes.
- Set up projects in both our accounting and project management software.
- Create financial reports and assist with monthly forecasting.
- Gather necessary approvals for invoices to process through the Accounts Payable system.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management principles.
- Experience in project management, decision making, critical thinking, and problem solving.
- Collaborative team member skills.
- Working knowledge in scheduling and cost controls.
About the Role
The Project Support Specialist supports the Project Management team by assisting with various administrative and logistical tasks, including but not limited to:

Pay
Salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
