About the role
This is a Fixed Term/Secondment position for 12 months within NHS Tayside, funded by the Scottish Government Parental Employability Fund. The role is a Project Support Officer supporting the Parental Employability programme, which aims to employ up to 24 unemployed parents into entry‑level posts.
Responsibilities
- Support the project management of the Parental Employability programme.
- Gain experience across all employability programmes within the organisation.
Requirements
- Be an unemployed parent (eligible for the Parental Employability Fund).
- Achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.
- Comply with the NHS Scotland Code of Conduct throughout employment.
Schedule
Hours of work: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
