Project Support Analyst

Description Hybrid 3 days on-site in either Charlotte, NC Our client seeks two Project Support Analysts to support engineering project activities across work order coordination, change request verification, data updates in engineering systems, and project closeout tracking. The role will collaborate with engineering, GIS, EAM, permitting, and vendor teams to ensure accurate records, timely task completion, and reliable reporting for utility and engineering operations projects. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $46.00 to $50.00/hr. w2 JN -102026-109025 Responsibilities Verify all Equipment Change Requests are submitted and confirm quantities with engineering.Ensure GIS Update Requests are submitted to the GIS team for systems such as Small World and My World.Confirm Asset Automation has been run in Maximo and all asset data is complete.Validate Work Order task completion and closure, coordinating with owners to resolve open items.Confirm Facilities Ratings Database updates and track related communications.Collaborate with ARC Analysts to resolve ARC failures.Work with engineering on redlines and as-built completion.Follow up with permitting to ensure all permits are closed.Coordinate with third-party vendors to address double poles not yet pulled.Provide team updates on closeout activities until project completion.Complete CCFs monthly until project closure.Adjust and manage forecasts through project close.Send follow-up emails and compile monthly reporting as required. Experience Requirements Experience supporting engineering project activities, including change requests and work order coordination.Experience updating and validating data in engineering systems such as GIS and Maximo.Proficiency with Excel for tracking and reporting.Background in work order support, project documentation, permitting follow-up, and basic analysis.Utility or engineering operations and project experience preferred.
