The Job Holder Must Have Degree MSc or equivalent level in Process or Chemical engineering Min 12 years of upstream oil and gas industry experience, including 8+ years in a process engineering team lead roles Expertise and technical knowledge of Process Engineering, International engineering standards and best practices Familiar with the entire, Project life cycle (from conceptual design through to final commissioning and handover) and/or in the front line oil and gas production operations is desirable Previous experience in Caspian Area would be an advantage Experience working in difficult locations (remote, foreign, arctic, etc) Computer literate with skilled ability in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point and Excel as a minimum Experience of driving business and word process improvement in project execution and construction, key words being: HSSE driven mindset, fit for purpose solutions, simplification, lean methods and cost effectiveness.
