- Oversight of selective and full-scale demolition projects
- Management of procurement and delivery of materials
- Ensuring work meets project specifications and timelines
- Collaboration with various teams to achieve project goals
- Project scheduling and job cost management
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically in demolition
- Proficiency in industry-standard project management software (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices pertaining to demolition and hazardous materials
- Ability to effectively lead a diverse team and coordinate cross-functional efforts
- Certification or training in demolition and hazardous material management (preferred)
