Project Superintendent

Job Description Client is focused on providing exceptional service to our clients through transparent communication, top-tier project execution, and above all else, doing the right thing. As a Construction Superintendent you will lead all field operations including managing subcontractors, reviewing work in place for quality and conformance, overseeing safety protocols, and ensuring project schedules and budgets are met. You will serve as the primary on-site leader, ensuring smooth coordination among teams and delivering projects that reflect our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring compliance with project plans and specificationsEnsure work in place is of quality and conforms to construction documentsManage and schedule subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries to meet project deadlinesEnforce safety protocols and ensure complianceMonitor and report on project progress, addressing challenges proactivelyCollaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all timesDevelop and foster strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clientsTrack subcontracts and insurance prior to work on siteDevelop and maintain project schedules, provide weekly look aheadsGenerate pre-punch and punch lists, determine responsible subcontractor for each item and follow up with subcontractor(s) to ensure timely completionChampion relationships; build, strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, owners, architects and other project stakeholders What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience as a commercial Construction SuperintendentWillingness to travelA strong understanding of construction means and methodsStrong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectivelyProficiency in reading and interpreting construction documentsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all project stakeholdersCan do attititude Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision401K MatchPTOPerformance Based BonusProfit Sharing
