About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution
• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Communicate with clients to maintain project scope and expectations
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)
