Responsibilities

• All on-site First-In-Human (FIH) representation as required
• Lead daily all-hands meeting with crews (6:30 AM daily)
• Material inventory tracking, reporting, and management
• Crew coordination and oversight, including daily inspection (site readiness validation such as white-lining/staking status, 811 ticket status, permit release status verification, and work assignment)
• Quality control for material receipts, product installation to specification, and timely, accurate collection and reporting of production data from the field
• Serve as customer representative and general liaison
• Site safety oversight and emergency response coordination
• Customer/citizen complaint resolution
