Project Superintendent

Keystone Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for multifamily, hospitality, and commercial projects. This role is responsible for managing daily jobsite activities, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring high-quality workmanship from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction projects on-siteCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and inspectionsEnsure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standardsMaintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local codesIdentify and resolve construction issues in collaboration with the project teamConduct quality control inspections and manage punch list completionLead subcontractor meetings and maintain daily jobsite reportsSupport project scheduling and communication with owners, architects, and consultants Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience in multifamily, healthcare, and/or commercial constructionStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience managing schedules, subcontractors, and quality controlAbility to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of construction documents, safety standards, and local building codes Travel Travel to assigned jobsites is required. Most projects are located within the Indianapolis metro area, with occasional travel throughout Indiana.
