PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Infinity Building Services, Inc. is a commercial general contractor based in Bowie, MD seeking to expand its operation with a professional Project Superintendent. This role focuses on restaurant, retail, hospitality, medical, education, and office projects in Maryland, DC, and Northern VA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Maintain safety compliance and enforce company policies on-site.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, retail, hospitality, medical, education, and office project requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and project specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
