We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes summary and essential functions. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have: Summary (maybe About the role). Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities -> Responsibilities. Secondary Functions maybe also responsibilities. Supervisory Responsibility maybe part of responsibilities. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities -> Skills. Other Qualifications? Education And/or Experience -> Qualifications? Actually Education And/or Experience is qualifications. Also there is Qualifications section later (Qualifications To perform this job successfully...). That's more generic. We'll combine. We have Salary Description -> Pay. We have no explicit Benefits or Schedule. So we omit those sections. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to avoid repeating job title. No Job ID. We need to remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We need to include all substantive info: summary, essential functions list, secondary functions list, supervisory responsibility, knowledge skills abilities (list many), other qualifications (travel), education/experience, language skills (duplicate), mathematical skills, reasoning ability, qualifications (generic), physical demands, work environment, salary. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So we need to decide which sections to include. Potential sections: - About the role (summary) - Responsibilities (essential functions + secondary functions + supervisory responsibility) - Skills (knowledge, skills and abilities) - Qualifications (education/experience, other qualifications, language skills, math skills, reasoning ability, qualifications generic? maybe combine) - Pay (salary description) - Physical Demands? Not a standard heading; but we could include under Qualifications? But instructions only allow those headings. Could we add a custom heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It seems we should stick to those headings; not add others. So we need to fit physical demands and work environment somewhere, maybe under Qualifications or Requirements? There's a "Requirements" heading not used yet. Could use Requirements for physical demands and work environment. But we need to ensure we have real content. We have "Requirements" not yet used. Could place physical demands and work environment under Requirements. We also have "Qualifications" for education/experience etc. We have "Skills" for knowledge, skills and abilities. We have "About the role" for summary. We have "Responsibilities" for essential functions, secondary functions, supervisory responsibility. We have "Pay" for salary. We have no Benefits or Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to format lists. Let's extract content. Summary: "To provide on-site coordination for all phases of DiMarco construction projects, including coordinating and hiring subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent/On Site Project Manager shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety." We'll put that in
