About the role

The role is responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing project planning and execution
  • Managing team coordination and communication
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Monitoring project costs and progress
  • Collaborating with clients to meet project requirements

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and implement project plans

  • Monitor project quality and make necessary adjustments
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in construction management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects
