Project Superintendent
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel while ensuring safety and compliance with project plans.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
- Monitor project schedules and help keep work on track.
- Enforce site safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct site walks and address construction issues as they arise.
- Communicate project updates with project managers, clients, and field teams.
- Ensure work is completed in compliance with project plans and specifications.
Requirements
- Experience supervising construction projects in the field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- OSHA 10 Certification (required).
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Schedule
The work environment is primarily on-site for five days a week, involving active coordination and supervision of construction activities. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a professional standard in construction management.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Concord, NH. This position is anticipated to close on Sep 11, 2026.
