Responsibilities

• Comprehend and execute all aspects of project initiation and set-up with direction from Operations
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all project-related documentation
• Maintain close working relationship with Operations teams and establish consistent and timely meeting times to review projects for maintenance possibilities
• Provide assistance in the monitoring, review, and analysis of project-related detail and project billings; work with Operations and Project Billing/Support teams to take corrective action when necessary
• Assist in client invoice review and communication with internal and external parties related to cash collections
• Prepare and publish relevant reports to Operations and Management teams related to project and Organization status and performance
• Coordinate ongoing communication with Project Billing/Support teams to stay current on process and procedure updates
• Assist with Corporate level support gathering related to internal and external audits as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 4+ years of related work experience in a professional capacity
• Strong computer skills and experience with related software programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate assignments and deliverables
• Ability to think critically, analyze data, and problem solve
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem solve on the fly
• Ability to meet or exceed aggressive deadlines while maintaining teamwork and collaboration with others
