- Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience or ability to qualify as a CAM.
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
- Ability to work closely with Engineering and Global Sustainment teams.
- Experience building resource loaded projected schedule.
- Advanced Microsoft Project skills.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
Job Description
Project Specialist within the Production and Test Centers. Responsible for cost, schedule and performance of multiple projects. Serves as a primary contact throughout the lifecycle of projects. Project Coordination: Facilitate meetings, assess issues, and develop resolutions to meet contract requirements. Participates in design, engineering, construction and project management for supporting domestic and international programs. Will provide support to land based systems as needed.
Financial Management: Participates in proposal efforts as required and tracks multiple financials for the Production Centers Programs.

Desired Skills
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background.
- Previous experience giving presentations to high-ranking Lockheed Martin managers, government and military officials.
- Experience developing system CONOPS.
- Previous experience working on land based and Aegis system projects.
- Experience writing CR's and attending PO's.
- Prior experience working on a technical and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in proposals, cost estimating and submittals.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and parts lists.
