About the role
In this ABB Smart Power role, you will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate high-demand projects at Data Centers across the US. Each day, you will support execution of project activities and help ensure on-time delivery within project budget and our operating model. This role contributes to the ABB Smart Power team within our Electrification Service division.
Responsibilities
- Align field resources in accordance with schedules provided by project managers.
- Support coordination of various administrative tasks, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up are provided via email, SharePoint, and Project Management software.
- Create and maintain service cases ensuring administrative information is complete and up-to-date.
- Create and follow up on purchase requisitions.
- Maintain timely communications with all project stakeholders (HSE, Service, PM, etc.), ensuring proactive, up-to-date engagement across all assigned projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve coordination and/or administrative concerns.
- Act as key interface between Projects and Service (internal and external) teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
- Combination of higher education and relevant work experience highly preferred.
- CAPM certification or PMP highly preferred.
- 2+ years experience in service and/or Electrical-based project support highly preferred.
- Current experience with Microsoft Office Suite required, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Microsoft Project Planner a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work across all U.S. based time zones as needed.
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Pay
While base salary is determined by the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $58,500 and $93,600 annually.
