Project Solution Transition Analyst
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Solution Transition Analyst to play a pivotal role in transitioning the University's new Curriculum Lifecycle Management Solution (CLaMs) from project delivery into business-as-usual operations. This is a 6-month role based in Canberra with flexible work options.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of CLaMs from project delivery to operational support, ensuring continuity of service and business readiness.
- Develop and implement repeatable support processes, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Corporate Systems, Learning & Teaching and business areas to support governance, decision-making, user adoption and successful handover.
About You
- You are an experienced business or systems analyst with a strong track record of delivering solution transition or operational readiness activities within complex organisations.
- You are a proactive self-starter who can quickly understand new systems, work independently, engage stakeholders with confidence, and produce high-quality documentation.
- You take initiative, solve problems, and deliver outcomes with minimal direction.
