Responsibilities

• Compile, validate, and distribute weekly and monthly project status reports; follow up with project teams to resolve incomplete, late, or inconsistent information.
• Identify reporting trends, risks, and issues and escalate findings to PMO leadership to support timely decisions across the portfolio.
• Document, maintain, and execute PMO processes, templates, standards, and process guidance; communicate updates and recommend operational improvements.
• Coordinate subcontractor action items, deliverables, and deadlines; serve as a liaison among subcontractors, project leads, and PMO leadership to monitor commitments and address concerns.
• Maintain staffing rosters and resource data, and coordinate security, onboarding, and offboarding activities, including access requests, clearances, equipment, training, and required records.
