Project Selection Coordinator

Full-time position in Naperville, IL.

About the role

Reliable Home Improvement is a family-owned and operated company that has been in business since 1967. We specialize in high-end residential remodeling projects, including room additions, kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and basement conversions. As a Project Selection Coordinator, you will work directly with homeowners to guide them through all product selections for their project — no architectural design is involved, selections only.

Responsibilities

• Work hand-in-hand with customers to help them pick out all elements of their project (plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, floor coverings, etc.)
• Handle change-order work that correlates with selections made
• Guide homeowners through the selection process and ensure they feel at ease
• Manage the showroom to ensure all products are up to date at all times

Requirements

• Strong background in plumbing fixtures
• Strong background in kitchen & bath cabinetry
• Strong background in hard surface countertops
• Strong background in floor coverings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
