Bechtel’s M&T business unit is supporting the development of a major active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing facility in the Houston, Texas area. This complex, highly regulated project expands Bechtel’s life sciences portfolio and requires strong field leadership, disciplined planning, safe execution, and close coordination across construction, field engineering, ES&H, quality, project controls, startup, supply chain, and subcontractor teams.

The Security Manager will provide overall direction, coordination, and guidance for
