Project SEARCH

About the Role

Project SEARCH is a Work Immersion Transition Program seeking to achieve meaningful employment for youth with intellectual and development disabilities. Total workplace immersion facilitates a seamless combination of classroom instruction, career exploration, and relevant job-skills training obtained through strategically designed internships.

MercyOne Clinton, through a partnership with area schools and agencies, offers students who have completed their graduation requirements a one-year school-to-work program that takes place entirely at MercyOne Clinton. A recommendation from High School Student Services is required for participation in this program.

Our Commitment

Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings. By finding common ground and embracing our differences, we grow stronger together and deliver more compassionate, person-centered care.
