Responsibilities
- Assessment and testing for mold and water damage, large structural water losses and moisture mapping, indoor air quality, and hazardous materials surveys for asbestos-containing materials using TRC mobile solutions applications and software are required.
- Maintain a field assessment and corresponding report writing schedule and meet strict report deadlines.
- Prepare and technical review of written reports.
- Perform project oversight and coordination with contractors.
- Interaction between clients and contractors.
- Work with higher-level staff to develop new and more in-depth technical knowledge and expand on skillsets and abilities.
- Crosstrain in new service lines, as is needed, and seek and obtain relevant certifications and licenses accordingly.
- Maintain regular communication with existing Client base.
- Provide technical support to other TRC Practices, as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience with water and mold damage, moisture mapping, and hazardous building material testing.
- Must be able to read floor plans or drawings.
- Must be a good communicator and a team player.
- The following certifications are required: Certified AHERA Asbestos Inspector and Florida Mold Assessor.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
- Motivation and willingness to learn new disciplines.
- Able to work in various settings and climates.
- This position requires travel to various client locations. Travel typically involves day trips within the state or neighboring states, resulting in longer workdays; and may include extended and/or further travel, resulting in multiple days and overnights.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, background check and motor vehicle records check.

Compensation
Salary Range: USD $55,016.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
