About the Role

The Project Scheduler will report to Construction Operations Leadership and serve as a critical member of the project delivery team. The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure successful execution and timely completion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from preconstruction through project completion
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to establish project sequencing and critical milestones
  • Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance against established baselines
  • Identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities and provide recommendations to project teams
  • Produce schedule updates, look-ahead plans, executive reports, and progress analyses
  • Support pursuit, preconstruction, and operations teams with schedule development and logistics planning
  • Ensure scheduling best practices and standards are consistently applied across projects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of construction scheduling experience with a general contractor or construction management firm
  • Experience supporting ground-up commercial construction projects preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles
  • Ability to develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and perform schedule analysis
  • Experience working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple project schedules in a fast-paced environment
