Job Details

• We are seeking an experienced Scheduler (Primavera 6) to support complex electrical infrastructure projects, including transmission, distribution, and substation construction.
• This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules while partnering with project managers, field operations, and leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule and resources are effectively utilized.
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced with Oracle Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 is required.
• 2+ years of scheduling, project controls, or construction coordination experience in a commercial, industrial, or utility construction environment.
• Ability to work in the office 5 days per week (some flexibility available).

• We are seeking an experienced Scheduler (Primavera 6) to support complex electrical infrastructure projects, including transmission, distribution, and substation construction.
• This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules while partnering with project managers, field operations, and leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule and resources are effectively utilized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain resource- and cost-loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Create baseline schedules based on project scope, contract requirements, and bid information.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and analyze variances against baseline milestones.
• Identify critical path activities, schedule impacts, and potential project risks, recommending mitigation and recovery plans.
• Cook up labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material deliveries to support efficient project execution across multiple job sites.
• Produce scheduling reports, progress updates, and executive-level dashboards for project teams, clients, and leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel to ensure accurate schedule forecasting and project performance.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
