About the role

If you have a strong background in project scheduling within industrial or multi-discipline construction and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role supporting Field Services by developing, maintaining, and managing project-level schedules across multiple operating units and active work scopes.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project for multiple active projects across all operating units, ensuring schedules accurately reflect scope, sequencing, and field conditions
  • Collaborate regularly with Project Managers and Superintendents to gather real-time updates, confirm progress, and incorporate changes resulting from shifting priorities, delays, or new customer requests
  • Track project milestones, critical path activities, and schedule variances, providing clear visibility into impacts, risks, and potential conflicts across simultaneous projects
  • Analyze and adjust schedule logic, including task dependencies, durations, and constraints, to maintain realistic and achievable timelines as conditions evolve
  • Prepare and distribute internal schedule updates and reports, ensuring leadership has consistent, accurate information for planning, resource coordination, and decision-making
  • Support project kickoffs and planning meetings by developing baseline schedules and collaborating with operations teams to ensure alignment on project expectations and timelines

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in project scheduling within industrial construction, heavy civil, utilities, mechanical/electrical trades, or similar multi-discipline environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or P6 Primavera, including building schedules from scratch, managing task logic, and analyzing critical paths
  • A strong understanding of construction sequencing, field operations, and project workflows across multiple disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather information from busy field leaders and translate it into accurate, actionable schedules
  • A high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills, capable of managing 10-20 schedules simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, incorporating last-minute updates or scope changes without compromising schedule clarity or reliability

Qualifications
