About the role
Work with all Project Managers, Program/Budget Analysts, technical managers, and functional chiefs to ensure that all projects are identified and entered in the APMS/ P2/P3e. Guide APMS Users regarding planning, preparing, and implementing the Project Management Business Processes. Review project progress, measuring performance and recommending necessary corrective actions to maintain agreed upon schedule and cost. Develop local reports, briefings, summary fact sheets, and procedures to facilitate communication of scope, schedule, and budget status within the PDT and upward reporting of execution status.

To qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience to include:
- using computer scheduling software (i.e. P2, Primavera, Microsoft Project) to manage, control, coordinate, and execute construction project activities (i.e. scope, schedule, budget); AND
- utilizing data to prepare reports to identify inconsistencies.
