Responsibilities
- Administer and manage procurement and construction schedules for all projects assigned.
- Ensure project schedules are updated according to company strategy, commitments, and goals, as well as client and owner requirements.
- Assume responsibility for all aspects of project schedules, including communication with relevant parties to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
- Recognize and analyze project impacts and delays, develop and maintain project controls procedures, and establish monthly updating and reporting processes for assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain scheduling standards and procedures, provide software tool training, and design and develop project schedules, subcontractor/vendor schedules, and bid/cost proposal CPMSchedules.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project-level planning and scheduling.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to seek out resources and structure workflow.
- Strong consultative and communication skills, capable of interfacing with all levels of management, staff, and external customers.
- Compliance with and support of corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
- Experience with scheduling heavy mechanical construction projects ranging from $10M to $200M.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.

Pay
Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
