Job Responsibilities
- Review and maintain subcontractor schedules in P6
- Aid in integrating subcontractor schedules into a master Integrated Construction Schedule
- Monitor and report on major construction project milestones
- Support the Project Controls Manager in tracking the status of work on a weekly basis
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested
- Administer project finances, reporting, and monitoring under the guidance of the Project Controls Manager
- Generate earned value progress and performance reports for the project
- Analyze schedule variances
- Communicate frequently with project management, project team members, field staff, and finance stakeholders
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of work experience
- At least 3 years of experience on large-scale heavy industrial projects
- Experience with Primavera P6
- At least 5 years of experience (demonstrating proficiency) in managing project schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to plan, organize, document, perform, review, and present multiple subprojects independently
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of the project team
- Strong documentation and presentation abilities
- U.S. Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ARES PRISM
- Experience with project accounting and cost estimating
- Experience with Deltek Acumen software
- Financial analysis experience
- Scheduling and modeling software experience
Work Environment
- Office environment with occasional job site visits
- May be exposed to high noise levels, hazardous materials, and industrial facilities
- Must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Requires hand manipulation for simple grasping, pushing, and pulling, and fine manipulation
- Occasionally reaches and works above or below the shoulder for supplies
- Must be alert to hazards in the field
Attendance
- Regular attendance mandatory (100%)
- Overtime/work outside normal schedule may be required (20%)

Compensation Details
$130,000 - $160,000
