We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented or summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Job Posting End Date 09-28-2026 (note: will close day before). Probably metadata, we can fold into short

or drop. Likely drop. - Job Summary: paragraph about coordinating scope of work team activities, supporting PMs, performing functions as scheduler/commodity tracker, develop/maintain/analyze less complex scope of work schedules using assigned system, etc. Also repeated lines. - Job Description: "What you’ll do:" list of duties. Then "What we’re looking for:" includes details for Project Scheduler Associate – (SG5) etc. Then other requirements repeated. - There's also sections for Project Scheduler - (SG6) and Project Scheduler - (SG7) with education/experience requirements, license/certifications, other requirements. - Where you’ll work: This role sits on-site in Charleston, WV. - What you’ll get: Pay ranges for each grade, plus benefits statement. - Additional sections: "Where Putting the Customer First Powers Everything We Do At AEP..." (company description) maybe not needed? It's boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but could be considered fluff. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company description may be considered not essential but it's substantive? It's more marketing. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company description is substantive? It's about mission, values. Might be considered not required but could be kept? However we have limited sections; we could include an "About the role" or "About the company" but only if we have heading. The allowed headings are limited to those listed. There's no "About the company". So we likely should not include that paragraph unless we can fit into existing sections like "About the role" maybe? But "About the role" is allowed heading. Could put company description there? But it's not about the role. Better to omit as it's not directly about role responsibilities/requirements etc. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to decide which sections have content: - About the role: Could be the Job Summary paragraph. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: The "What you’ll do:" list. - Requirements: Could be the "What we’re looking for:" plus other requirements? But we also have Qualifications separate. The instruction says use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have multiple grades (SG5, SG6, SG7) with different education/experience requirements. That could go under Qualifications (or Requirements). The "Other Requirements" repeated across grades could go under Requirements or Skills. Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, ability to develop complex spreadsheets, etc. Benefits: The statement about comprehensive benefits package. Pay: The salary ranges for each grade. Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned; there is mention of travel, occasional overnight, temporary relocation, maybe shift work for SG7 (must be available to work overtime, call-out overtime and shift work, as required). That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with those details. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state pay ranges and benefits statement, and schedule info (travel, overtime, shift work). So we can include those. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific duties, requirements, qualifications, etc. Must not lose any. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed. We need to drop Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We need to drop duplicated lines. The posting has duplicated sentences (e.g., "Develop, maintain & analyze less complex scope of work schedules using the assigned system." appears twice). We should deduplicate. We need to drop cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is EEO statement: "It is hereby reaffirmed that it is the policy of American Electric Power (AEP) to provide Equal Employment Opportunity..." That's boilerplate; drop. Also "Hear about it first! Get job alerts by email..." is application instruction; drop. Also "Compensation Data Compensation Grade: SP20-005 Compensation Range: $63,496.00 - $109,543.00 The Physical Demand Level..." This is metadata; we may fold into short

or drop. Probably drop as not substantive? But it's compensation data; we already have Pay section with ranges. The compensation grade and physical demand level maybe not needed. Could drop. We need to preserve all substantive info: job summary, responsibilities, qualifications (education/experience), requirements (other requirements), skills, benefits, pay, schedule. Let's extract content. Job Summary paragraph: "This role will be responsible for coordinating scope of work team activities and supporting the Project Managers (PMs). with some supervision, perform functions of as scheduler and/or commodity tracker for major projects. Develop, maintain & analyze less complex scope of work schedules using the assigned system. Develop and analyze scope of work schedules using assigned systems. Provide integrated cost loaded, resource loaded, and logic driven schedules, as applicable. Perform schedule maintenance, collecting progress data, developing and implementing scope of work schedule/status reports, and providing consistent, accurate information to the scope of work execution team." We need to clean up duplicates and awkward phrasing. Keep meaning. Responsibilities (What you’ll do): List items: - Define activities, durations, work sequences, and relationship logic to develop the scope of work plan and develop milestones to represent key decisions and deliverables that take place during execution. - Ensure all scope and deliverables are accounted for. - Develop, maintain, and analyze scope of work project schedules using the assigned system (Primavera, SmartSheet, etc.). - Organize and lead schedule review meetings with all stakeholders and incorporate appropriate details. - Ensure clear minutes and action items, as required. - Engage team and stakeholders to create schedules and provide schedule analysis updates to team, alerting them to schedule risks and issues that could delay milestones. - Communicate schedule status to project stakeholders. - Understand the AEP project management organizational standards and assist in the management of projects to those standards. - Adhere to the guidance and standards put forth by the AEP Project Management Governance Committee. - Work with Administrator to assign security, profiles, and roles for new users. - Learn, use, and refine sound techniques and best practices to update progress, acquire information, baseline schedules, maintain schedules, develop commodity curves, track metrics, and support project/outage teams on a routine basis. - Provide periodic summary level status reports as requested. - Prepare and analyze metrics reports or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
