About the role

Loenbro is a trusted construction lifecycle partner serving thousands of customers across the U.S. with services including electrical, mechanical, structural, soft crafts, inspection, underground maintenance, and fabrication. The Project Quality Manager oversees quality control processes and ensures compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Weld Map Isometric drawings
  • Weld & piping Inspections
  • Project turnover experience
  • Enter welding and inspection information into tracking tool
  • Aid in pressure testing plans
  • Review and file NDE/NDT Reports
  • Work with NDE personnel for planning and execution of work
  • Create and review project documentation packages
  • Perform and document inspections based on drawings, specifications, and procedures to determine compliance
  • Test welders and perform weld inspections
  • Ensure welding procedures comply with requirements
  • Create and implement Project Quality Assurance Plans
  • Support and train other inspectors
  • Write inspection and test plans (I&TP’s)

Requirements

  • Current AWS CWI or ASNT VT II certification
  • Strong knowledge of NDT methods with ASNT-SNT-TC-1A training/hours
  • Experience generating turnover packages
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings
  • Knowledge of key Industry codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ACI, AISC, NACE)
  • 5+ years of Quality Control Inspector experience
  • Experience working under a Quality Management Program
  • Effective communication and team-oriented mindset
  • High organizational skills and strong verbal/written communication abilities

Qualifications
