Project Programmer
Future opportunity with CSEngineering supporting facility investment planning, project development, and capital-programming activities for a Department of Defense installation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain facility project-programming packages in accordance with applicable DoD, Air Force, and installation business rules.
- Gather, validate, and document project requirements from customers, engineering personnel, maintenance shops, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project documentation, including DD Form 1391s, project requirements, cost estimates, basis-of-estimate narratives, and supporting approval materials.
- Develop parametric cost estimates using Government-approved estimating tools and account for local market conditions, project constraints, and restricted-area requirements.
- Support project review boards, planning meetings, project prioritization, and annual infrastructure planning activities.
- Maintain accurate project records and data in Government project-management and planning systems.
Requirements
- Security Clearance: NACI/SF85 (Public Trust).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture and at least five (5) years of experience as a facility design engineer or construction project manager; or
- At least five (5) years of DoD or Department of War project-programming experience, including development of programming documentation such as DD Form 1391s.
- Experience applying engineering principles, analytical techniques, project procedures, and milestone requirements.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
