Project/Program Manager (Non-IT) 3 | Mossville, IL | Onsite Location: Mossville, IL Schedule: Full-time, onsite (5 days/week) Duration: 12-month contract Pay: $48 - $52/hr We're seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager for a 12-month onsite opportunity in Mossville, IL. This role will support complex engineering and business initiatives through project planning, coordination, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and execution. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage non-IT projects from planning through executionMaintain project plans using Microsoft Project and/or Azure DevOpsFacilitate project meetings, daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status updatesTrack action items, remove roadblocks, and drive project deliverables to completionSupport both Agile and Waterfall project methodologiesPartner with project leads, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achievedPresent project updates, reports, and recommendations to leadershipAssist with resource planning, project documentation, and performance tracking Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field5-7 years of project management experienceStrong proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience coordinating projects in engineering, manufacturing, R&D, or related environmentsStrong meeting facilitation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and influence teams without direct authorityScrum Master or PMP certification preferred Preferred Experience Agile project management and Scrum ceremoniesAzure DevOpsStrategic planning and resource allocationManufacturing or production environments #INDOEM
