Project & Program Management Senior I

Primary Purpose Leads the execution of complex projects by defining scope, managing resources, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements while fostering collaboration across teams. Duties And Responsibilities Manages and directs a single large project or multiple projects within a department or business unit.Manages all activities leading to the successful completion of projects including project scoping, timelines, cost estimates, and design.Develops and maintains parameters for project requirements.Provides direction to contractors, consultants, and project teams.Coordinates input from and participation with various other departments within the Company as needed to meet project objective.Analyzes and determines regulatory impacts and requirements of the project.Builds business cases and justifications for projects designed to improve business processes and/or efficiency.Provides team/project goals and evaluates performance.Performs other duties as assigned.
