Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 to support project planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Perform schedule analysis including critical path, resource loading, schedule health assessments, and what-if scenario modeling.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and functional teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with scope, cost, and resource plans.
- Gather schedule information, update, analyze, and prepare status reports of the project’s progress.
- Prepare schedule performance reports and present schedule metrics to leadership and project stakeholders.
- Ensure project schedules comply with internal policies, customer requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide Earned Value analysis and reporting inputs.
- Maintain quality assurance and control on assigned project schedules.
- Participate in project meetings, provide schedule insights, and proactively identify schedule risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field is required.
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience in project scheduling/planning in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment is required.
- Must be proficient Primavera P6.
- Must be an effective communicator with internal/external stakeholders and customers.
- Must have a strong understanding of schedule integration, critical path methodology, and earned value management (EVM).
- Must have experience working in matrixed teams and with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) or Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance, whichever is required.

$76,000.00 - $119,000.00
