Project Planner

Aureos are currently seeking a Project Planner to join the project team on a 12 month contract basis in Andover. Working closely with the project team, the primary purpose of this role is the provision of Project Planning and Scheduling ensuring the management of planning and scheduling aspects to the Client specification/contract requirements. Duties/Responsibilities Ensure the development, implementation and execution of the Project Schedule and Planning objectives within the contracted work scopeWhere entitlement requires to be demonstrated offering support to the projects teams around training on Compensation Events, Extension of Time (EOT) because of delay/ disruption/ loss of efficiency.Independently apply advanced scheduling and planning techniques and analysis within the project environment, developing, maintaining, and analysing critical path plans and related schedulesProvide accurate progress measurement updates and compare with the plan.Identify and document changes and variations of scope and assist in raising and tracking change orders to identify and invoice additional cost and revenue Requirements Proficiency in MS Project and Oracle Primavera P6Minimum 5 years of experience in the Civil Engineering preferably, Highway schemes and public realm projects.Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with Company Policies/Procedures and BMS processesPrepare level 3 plans as per the WBS and produce summary level 1 views for reporting/communications.Carrying out critical path analysis and develop milestone tracking systems.Planning updates and management templates to measure, monitor and report progress.Planning scenarios for options under consideration.Analysis on mitigation measures and recovery planning and provide input to risk evaluation/analysis exercises In return you will receive Generous Salary25 days Holiday with the option to buy morePensionCycle to work schemeFree parkingHealth & wellbeing programmeEmployee benefits portal.On-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceReferral Scheme Whether you are looking for progression in your new role or for your forever job, we will happily welcome your application.
