Project Officer, Grateful Patient & Family, Program Operations

What We Seek

The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic individual to serve as Project Officer for Grateful Patient and Family (GPF) Program Operations. Reporting to the Managing Director of Data Strategy and Quality, this role is pivotal in managing the technical, data, and compliance functions of the GPF Program to strengthen healthcare philanthropy.

What We Require

• Strong skills in project management, compliance, and data operations
• A passion for advancing healthcare philanthropy through effective system integration and collaboration
• Proven experience in data management, governance, and quality assurance
• A strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations, compliance training, and best practices in healthcare-related data handling
• The ability to collaborate across multiple departments and translate technical concepts into actionable solutions for non-technical partners
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively support diverse stakeholders and program initiatives
• Experience using enterprise systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on accuracy, compliance, and outcomes

What We Offer

• Salary Range: $59,800 - $70,000
