Project Mgr II - Tech

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Project Mgr II - Tech to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will guide the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives with a strong emphasis on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive planning, execution, stabilization, and alignment to project objectives. The position requires strong leadership, disciplined risk management, and the ability to translate business needs into practical execution strategies that support mission-critical outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
• Lead programs through all phases, including planning, execution, and stabilization
• Develop business cases and project execution strategies
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Oversee resource management and motivate team members
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of work experience
• PMP certification
• Strong servant leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with agile project execution
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Project finance management experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
