About the role
We're seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join a growing team and oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution
- Cook up and oversee subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and consultants
- Conduct project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and schedule impacts
- Monitor project financials, forecasting, and change orders
- Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred
- Proven success managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
- Experience working with subcontractors and cross-functional project teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CMiC
