About the role
The Project Manager (Construction) oversees the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules
- Oversee team coordination and communication
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Resolve project issues and conflicts
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
- Experience with project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
