  • Monitor project health, identify risks, escalate blockers, and keep teams aligned on milestones.
  • Ensure feedback is consolidated, actionable, and captured through Workfront proofing and review tools.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on workload, cycle times, project volume, resource capacity, revision rounds, and on-time delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement of intake forms, templates, workflows, dashboards, and operating processes.
  • Train team members and business partners on Workfront best practices and submission requirements.
  • Help build a disciplined, scalable operating model for the AIS internal agency.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative development, review cycles, approvals, and asset delivery.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process, accountability, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or regulated industries.
  • Workfront system administration or advanced reporting experience.
  • Experience supporting an internal agency, creative services team, or marketing operations function.
