Project Manager with Security Clearance

About the role

This position is for an On-Site Project Manager responsible for managing large-scale janitorial or facilities maintenance operations across multiple sites in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale janitorial or facilities maintenance operations across multiple sites
• Ensure operations are conducted in geographically separated sites, including multiple shifts
• Handle complex environments such as secure facilities, federal buildings, and mission-essential services

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience managing similar operations
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Facilities management certifications (CFM, FMP, or equivalent) not required

Clearance

No security clearance required. A standard GSA/OPM background check will be conducted.

Work Location

The work location is in Omaha, Nebraska and Lincoln, Nebraska.
