Project Manager With SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM/APM) - 100% Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of an SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) / Agent Performance Management (APM) project, part of the SAP SuccessFactors portfolio.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• 3+ years of experience managing SAP implementation projects.
• Experience leading SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) or Agent Performance Management (APM) projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing distributed and remote project teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
