Mandatory Requirements
- Experience (15+ Years): Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.
- Experience (84 months): Managing change requests, including reviewing scope, deliverables and constraints and providing post deployment support.
- Experience (84 months): Managing large ($100 million or greater) IT projects where regular interactions with executive-level stakeholders has been required.
- Experience (84 months): Working on an IT implementation of the Affordable Care Act, which includes automated Eligibility determination and automatic Enrollment into a chosen plan.
- Experience (60 months): Daily experience with Rational Team Concert (RTC).
- Experience (60 months): Managing and maintaining external state and federal interfaces.
- Experience (60 months): Managing, coordinating, and tracking activities related to Open Enrollment with one or more State-Based Marketplace or the Federally-Facilitated Marketplace.
- Experience (36 months): Managing COVID 19-related projects, including eliciting and analyzing the requirements and implementing IT solutions.
