Project Manager with Computer Aided Design (CAD)

About the role

Wieser Form Fabrication in Menomonie, Wisconsin, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager with Computer Aided Design (CAD) experience and/or education to assist with all manufacturing activities, drive efficiency, and enhance productivity. This role offers the opportunity to grow and help shape the future of the company in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the general manager and plant supervisor with schedule coordination, material ordering, and quality control review
• Utilize metal fabrication experience to optimize production processes
• Produce quality drawings using AutoCAD
• Foster a culture of motivation, leadership, and accountability
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment, prioritizing health and safety procedures
• Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives
• Support all aspects of the manufacturing process as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing
• Strong drafting skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and enforce standards
• Clear communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective teamwork

• Resilience under pressure, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly
