Responsibilities
- Manage and provide construction oversight and resolve complex construction project related challenges.
- Provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques.
- Analyze and develop reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, and project controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
- Project Manager (P/C) shall possess, at a minimum, 8 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
- A minimum of four years’ experience shall be as an Assistant Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million.
- Extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.
- Full working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application.
- Possess an OSHA 30 certification.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
