Project Manager – Water/Wastewater, Distribution/Conveyance
Responsibilities
- Coordinating a multi-disciplined project design team.
- Managing project scope and budget.
- Preparation of engineering reports.
- Pump station design, inflow and infiltration studies, hydraulic modeling, collection system condition assessment and design, water distribution and storage, with potential opportunities to engage on treatment projects.
- Developing opinions of probable project cost.
- Providing construction phase engineering services.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering is required.
- 6-10 years’ experience with increasing levels of project management and client responsibilities.
- PE license preferred or eligibility to obtain license with 1 year of employment.
- Experience working with multi-disciplined design team.
- Experience in development of design documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
This position requires a strong background in water and wastewater engineering, including experience with utility design, pump station design, hydraulic modeling, collection system condition assessment and design, water distribution and storage, and treatment projects. A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering is required, along with 6-10 years of relevant experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred or eligibility to obtain one within one year of employment.
Skills
The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is also essential.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The Project Manager will typically work a standard Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed to meet project deadlines.
